Sun afternoon, 11/30/14... Taking advantage of 77 degree winter weather for a 6.5 mile, -640 calorie walk, at the Bainbridge GA Boat Basin, easing back in gently, paying careful attention to bio signals. 2 hrs of gentle walking and great music.
